a very good facility, I liked the courtyard or atrium - whatever they call it

the breakfast is rather unpretentious, it could be more diverse; the location does not allow for any good walking as it is surrounded by an industrial area and a highway overpass; thus, the price is overestimated

Wifi internet connection is soooo slet ow, it is not acceptable anymore in 2023 to struggle with the internet connection. In Germany you walk on the street there is free wifi and fast internet. Breakfast was mediocre. taste is bland. variety poor.

Hotel does not deserve to go down it 1 - Reception is neither polite nor lukewarm 2 - room has a smell of moisture and mold 3. The restaurant is not good 4. Room care is not eligible 5 - Utilities and bathrooms do not have a hand wash shampoo 6. The bathrooms are far from the restaurant and this is not true An experience I regretted

the room quality was really bad and old while i booked suite and nothing different than the normal room only bigger space. you need to renovate the rooms. I need to claim my money back.

Service. Room. Location and facilities. Plus got upgraded to a suite on my birthday.

More variety in the food. Especially breakfast. There was no live cooking station for eggs since the staff was not available.

Nice modern Hotel. The reception was very friendly and helpful. Welcome fruits at the room and 2pc free water. Check-inn/check-out fast. Parking possibility.

At breakfast I would have expected more regional Food. Was more European breakfast.

Location is a central location for my meetings and the hotel, in general, hotel is clean and convenience.

Reception staff lack the professionality and tactfulness

Absolutely terrible. The hotel cannot seem to afford a decent Iron and ironing board. Bad Tv reception. What a massive drop in service quality since my last visit. I expected a lot more from Novotel

Room service calling after mid night 12:30 am 3 times to get thier invoice paid ! They have separate system than the hotel , which is I never see it before in any hotel world wide ! What they did that they withdrew the money from my cerdit card Even though they through the invoices ! Even did not give me a copy !!!!!?

I am a regular guest on monthly visits and have had no issues in the past.

I was mortified to be checked in,given my room key. I entered the room to find it was occupied with another guest who had just walked out of the shower. I gave my apologies and returned to reception. If I had walked in on a female the outcome could have been serious with liable and lawful consequences. Not good.

Staff @ reception were very helpful ( specially Mr Salman). Room was clean. Shower was good. Coffee & tea are available. Wifi was not tested due to short stay. Breakfast was really good, variety of options. Parking available for cars. I guess shisha is there also for those who likes it.

Bed pillows were not comfortable. No slippers for shower. View is limited to middle hotel court yard.

Actually accept for the location which is near to my client office nothing is good.

Pathetic service. Unfriendly reception and room service staff. * The hotel is very old compared to the rates they charged. Also, inspire of reserving the room in advance they alot you a small room stating they do not have the regular one. * Staff never receive the phone in my first attempt. I had to call several times to get the confirmation of my reservation and to book airport transfers. The staff never received the phone and it went unanswered. * In morning I called up the reception at 6:45 am and asked them to book a drop to my client location at 8:30 am. They confirmed it’s booked and when I went down on time the staff said they do not have any driver to drop us and we had to book Uber. * While returning my colleague booked the airport drop and they charged approx 130 SAR. While going to the airport the car met with an accident and she requested the driver to call hotel and inform about this and requested to arrange another car for the drop. Hotel refused the request saying we do not have enough drivers to send and did not even refund the money. She had to book Uber and went to the airport. * The dinner buffet is for 150 SAR and it’s useless to pay this amount. The food taste is not what we expect. There are many other things but I would recommend not to book Novotel business hotel ever.
